ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By creating an account, purchasing tickets, making donations, volunteering or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. 2. ABOUT US Operated by Holborough Lakes Social Committee. Contact: hello@holboroughlakes.social 3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION You must be 18+. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively. 4. EVENT BOOKINGS Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed after payment. QR codes may be required. We may amend or cancel events where necessary. 5. REFUNDS Refund terms may vary by event. If we cancel an event, eligible refunds will be returned via the original payment method. 6. DONATIONS Donations are voluntary. Gift Aid declarations must be accurate and meet HMRC requirements. 7. VOLUNTEERING Volunteering is voluntary and does not create employment. Volunteers should follow organiser instructions. 8. PAYMENTS Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP. 9. ACCEPTABLE USE Do not misuse the Platform, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorised access or harass other users. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Platform content belongs to or is licensed to us. User content remains yours but may be used to operate the Platform. 11. LIABILITY We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service where permitted by law. 12. PRIVACY Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. 13. DATA RETENTION & ACCOUNT DELETION If you delete your account via Settings → Your Data & Account we anonymise your personal information where possible. We retain certain records where legally required, including payment records (normally 7 years), booking history, donation records, security audit logs and email delivery logs. See our Privacy Policy for full details. 14. DISPUTES Please contact hello@holboroughlakes.social first. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 15.
